I contacted team Rico about a year ago because I was unhappy with my overall health, appearance and physique. After our first meeting, Rico and his team began to formulate a nutrition and workout plan that would work for me in my daily schedule. Thanks to Rico, my passion and dedication for fitness and health resulted in a weight loss of 58 pounds which I have been able to keep off. I started at 260 pounds and have remained at 202 pounds! I also feel a lot more energy these days and receive numerous compliments on my appearance and physique. The amazing part is that I not only lost weight but gained muscle at the same time which is something that is very difficult to accomplish when we get older. I would like to thank my coach and nutritionist @ricorivas.net for his guidance and support throughout my fitness journey leading up to the INBA Championship in Petaluma, where I entered classic physic and won 2 1st place in the masters and junior division and 2nd place in the open. August 17th California Naturals, Petaluma was my third Bodybuilding show of 2019 with my coach/friend/confidant Rico Rivas. I never thought the my muscle definition was achievable and Rico’s belief in me was ever present and unwavering. March 30th Governor’s Cup NPC under Rico was in Figure and within 3 months I was competing in Physique. This last show INBA I took first place Woman’s Bodybuilding with Rico mastering my diet, supplements and individualizing a plan to get me in the best shape of my life at 51 yrs of age.
I look forward to 2020 bodybuilding season and continuing to work with the best coach I’ve ever had. I have complete trust in Rico Rivas to help me fulfill my dream of competing at Masters Nationals in Physique. Cheers Mr. Rivas let’s do many more shows together! Much love ❤️
